Texas Card House (TCH) is preparing for one of its busiest stretches yet, with two major tournament series set to overlap in September. The club will host both its signature Trailblazer Poker Tour and a second World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) event, underscoring the growing strength of tournament poker across Texas.
The Trailblazer Poker Tour’s third season begins Aug. 25, with five stops scheduled at TCH locations in Dallas, Las Colinas, Spring, Houston, and Austin. Each stop will feature a full lineup of tournaments, satellites, and a Main Event, with players earning points toward a $125,000 season-long prize pool for the top point leaders.
TCH CEO Ryan Crow said the tour reflects more than a decade of work building a strong poker community in Texas, adding that Season III marks the tour’s biggest edition yet.
The opening Trailblazer stop runs from Aug. 28 to Sept. 8 in Dallas and Las Colinas, offering $1.2 million in guarantees. Additional stops follow in Dallas/Las Colinas again (Oct. 8–19), Spring (Oct. 27–Nov. 9), Houston (Dec. 26–Jan. 11), and Austin (Feb. 10–22) to close the season.
Meanwhile, TCH Social in Austin — which hosted Texas’ first-ever WSOP Circuit series earlier this year, awarding more than $7 million in prizes — will welcome the Circuit’s return on Sept. 10 for a 12-day festival featuring 18 ring events through Sept. 21.
Highlights include the $1,700 buy-in Main Event with a $2 million guarantee starting Sept. 17, alongside a $400 Lone Star ring event and a $600 Mini Main Event guaranteeing $750,000.
